After Mica trained and worked in engineering and telecommunications, he made life-changing decisions and has now been involved for over 20 years in the creative industry. He began with theatre technique and performing arts and following that was a process of self-education.

During these 20 years he has created carved objects, jewellery, sculpture, Installations, large scale photography, multimedia pieces and paintings. He is primarily inspired by land/mind-scapes which he endeavours to communicate through selective visual explorations. This enables him to explore deep or playful narratives, mysterious abstractions or simply the beauty he finds in the world around him.
